Order Form
Our specialty is processing each of your animals' fiber separately (although we will blend if that is what you prefer - see NOTE below).
Please help us by clearly identifying each lot (batch) to process by a tag inside or markings on the bag of fiber. Fill in one of the order forms with up to 4 lots on each page, and print as many pages as needed to include all lots. (The customer and deposit information need only be filled in once.) See the order form for further details on shipping and the required deposit.
NOTE:
If you wish to blend fiber from different lots, please DO NOT combine them before you send them to us! Treat them as different lots and indicate the blending desired in the special instructions. See
F A Q for an explanation of why this is important.
The order form is available as an
Order Form in your browser. You can fill in the form and print it after each page of 4 lots (changing only the information specific to the lots).
If you prefer, you can download a
rich text document and open it in your Word Processor, then print as many copies as you need and fill them in manually. If you
adjust your Word Processor settings to 3/4 inch margins, it should print on a single page. Click the link above to download it.
