Unprocessable Fiber We reserve the right to charge a $5 per fleece inspection/handling fee for fiber that cannot be processed, plus normal washing fees (if applicable).
Blending Alpaca with alpaca (send separately) Alpaca with other fiber you provide (Angelina®, silk, bamboo, merino, etc.) -- Call or email and check with us first! Shipping is billed at actual cost - no handling fee for Post Office shipments. There will be a nominal charge for UPS or Fedex shipments.
Payment is due when processing is complete. We accept checks, VISA®, and Master Card®.

Preferred Customer Program
A preferred customer is someone who has had 25 or more pounds of yarn or roving returned to them since we opened. Preferred customers will receive a 10% discount on their orders. If you have not reached 25 pounds so far, all yarn (or roving) up to the 25 pounds will be at the regular rate with the discount starting after the 25 pounds has been reached.

Requirements:
3-inch minimum staple length required
6-7 inch maximum staple length
No minimum fleece weight, but less than 1 pound will be billed as 1 pound

We reserve the right to not process your fiber.
We reserve the right to rewash already washed fleece and charge accordingly if it is not clean enough to be processed.
