Unprocessable Fiber We reserve the right to charge a $5 per fleece inspection/handling fee for fiber that cannot be processed, plus normal washing fees (if applicable).

Shipping is billed at actual cost - no handling fee for Post Office shipments. There will be a nominal charge for UPS or Fedex shipments.
Payment is due when processing is complete. We accept checks, VISA®, and Master Card®.

Preferred Customer Program
For 2009, I am starting a preferred customer list. If you have already had 25 pounds of finished yarn or roving made by us since we opened, you will receive a 10% discount on all orders in 2009 OR free shipping of the finished yarn (or roving), whichever is more. If you have not reached 25 pounds so far, all yarn (or roving) up to the 25 pounds will be at the regular rate with the discount starting after the 25 pounds has been reached.

Requirements:
3-inch minimum staple length required
6-7 inch maximum staple length
No minimum fleece weight, but less than 1 pound will be billed as 1 pound

We reserve the right to not process your fiber.
We reserve the right to rewash already washed fleece and charge accordingly if it is not clean enough to be processed.
